Delivery and Returns Information
Paignton Tools & Supplies offer delivery services to all UK Mainland destinations - For orders outside of the UK Mainland i.e. Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Ireland, ROI, etc. will incur an additional charge to cover the costs of posting.
Our retail shop and working hours from 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 12pm on Friday.
All orders will be dispatch within this time frame.
Orders that are received before 12pm Mon – Fri will usually be dispatched that day but can take up to 48 hours depending on the volumes of orders received.
In some cases, orders may take longer than this to dispatch as some items on our website are held at the supplier's warehouse.
In most cases, you will receive your order within 3 – 5 working days of placing the order. If you have paid for a premium delivery then you should expect to receive your order within 24 – 48 hours of ordering. Orders must be placed before 12pm in order to facilitate a 24hr service and this doesn't include weekends. For example if you order a 24hr service on a Friday your order should arrive on Monday.
We do not offer 24hr delivery to any location outside of England and Wales.
DPD will attempt delivery up to 3 times, after which the goods will be returned to us at a set fee of £9.00 + vat which will be passed back to the customer in the event that this should occur.
N.B) Even though we use a plethora of couriers please be aware that without exception, Saturday and Sunday are not considered to be working days.
Large/bulky orders such as pallets or large machinery will incur an additional surcharge due to weight and size.
If your order does not meet the requirements of our normal postal services you will need to email/phone us in order to process your order.
Returns and Refunds
Upon returning an item purchased from us you must provide as much information about your problem as possible.
All purchases are subject to 14-day money-back guarantee as long as your product is in an original and resalable condition and its full original packing, unless there is a legitimate reason as to why you're returning the item such as a manufacturer's fault.
Unwanted items must be sent back to us at your cost, we'll also deduct our postage costs from your refund.
We do charge a restocking fee per product of 20% of the items retail value to cover costs.
